As easy and convenient online shopping is, sometimes it can be difficult to determine whether the product on the screen is going to fit you properly. We are aware of this and that is why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy that makes it extremely seamless and easy for you to exchange any product you have purchased from us online that doesn't fit you properly.
If you are in need of an exchange, simply inform us via email so we are aware of your return and we will provide you with our office address to send the products back to. From there we will exchange your product and express post it back to you so you can be in your new apparel as soon as possible.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
All exchanges must be posted and returned within 10 days of receipt and returned in original condition*
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
